This hotel is located in a really good spot in central Perth, near the city centre where there are many good restaurants. The rooms are spacious and modern, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the service could have been more attentive at times. The price is reasonable for the value provided, but the lack of air conditioning in some areas was a drawback.
